Workshop for people from the yoga class at Ungdomshuset.

 

Do you want to learn how to be a yoga instructor?
It's fun but it can be a little scary to start doing.

 

We're going to practice instructing the different postures in small groups and help each other out.

 

Workshop can be in both English and Danish.

 

Requirements: Having been to the class on Thursdays, so you know what kind of yoga we're doing.

 

You're NOT committing yourself to start teaching by doing the workshop - but we are looking for more teachers!
